Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform: pages visited, browser type, IP address, referring URL, and timestamps. This data is used in aggregate to improve the service.

Communications
We store email correspondence associated with your account activity, such as registration confirmations, reminders, and password reset requests. We log outgoing emails (recipient, subject, type, and delivery status) for troubleshooting.

Event Hosts
When you register for an event, the event host can see your name and email address in their participant list. This is necessary for the host to manage their event. By registering, you consent to this sharing.

Service Providers
We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform — including our hosting provider, transactional email service, and payment processor. These providers may only use your data to perform services on our behalf.

Legal Requirements

5. Data Retention

Event records (including participant lists) may be retained for a limited period after an event ends to allow hosts to access their reports.

• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@meet2learn.com.
• Emails: Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders) are part of the service. You may unsubscribe from any optional marketing emails using the link in those messages.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Meet2Learn is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
